PURCHASE POLICY

Our goal is to make your purchasing experience easy and efficient. The following is designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on the Locker Logic sites and applications where this appears, (collectively, the “Site”). If you have any questions, please contact us, info@lockerlogic.net. Your rentals and purchases on our Site are subject to these terms. Please also review our Terms of Use, which govern your use of our Site.

Currency: All rental and merchandise prices for events and products are stated in U.S. Dollars, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

Payment Methods: We accept several methods of payment, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Pricing and Availability: Lockers and/or cords for popular events may sell out quickly. It is best to pre-purchase locker rentals and/or cords well in advance of your event. Pricing and/or inventory cannot be guaranteed upon event start.

Order Confirmation: If you do not receive a confirmation email, and/or text, after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption, after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm said transaction by contacting us, Locker Logic, at info@lockerlocker.net. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Service Fees and Order Processing: Rentals and/or purchases may be subject to service and processing fees. If such fees are charged, they will be expressly stated.

Canceled Orders/Returns: You have 24 hours from the date of purchase to contact us and cancel your order. If you need to cancel/return an order, a service fee of 3% may apply.

Rental/Purchase Transfer: You may transfer your rental/purchase to another individual. Please contact us to complete this transfer, info@lockerlogic.net. Please note that after transfer is complete, original purchaser cannot change or cancel the transaction. Should an event get canceled or rescheduled, only the original purchaser can be refunded.

Canceled and Postponed Events: Occasionally, concerts/festivals, and other events are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check our social media, the event information online, or contact us.

Billing Information Verification: Orders are subject to credit card approval and processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for an order that can delay processing and completion. In these cases, Locker Logic’s customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your attempted rental/purchase to another customer without further notice.

Pricing and Other Errors: If the amount you pay for a rental or purchase is incorrect, regardless of whether it’s because of an error in a price posted on this Site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to place an order before its scheduled on-sale or presale date, or you are able to place an order that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then we will have the right to cancel that the entire sale, and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether it was due to human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or other Locker Logic operated systems.

Locker usage: Charging Lockers are the property of the Locker Logic. Any items stored in the charging lockers are stored at the patron’s/rentee’s risk. Neither Locker Logic, nor its affiliates, assume responsibility for the safekeeping of the patron’s/rentee’s property, including any item that is lost, damaged, stolen, or abandoned, that was contained in charging lockers. Neither Locker Logic, nor any of its affiliates, are responsible for any damage arising out of patron’s/rentee’s use of the charging lockers and/or charging ports. Locker Logic urges patrons/rentees to keep their charging locker combination private. By purchasing/renting/using a charging locker, patron/rentee understands, and agrees, to these rental terms.

Recording, Transmission, and Exhibition. You agree that the event for which you rent a charging locker, and the area/tent/room, etc. in which the charging locker is contained, is a public event/area, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the areas are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event/in the area. You grant permission to us (Locker Logic), the Event Organizer(s), our partners, licensees and assigns, including but not limited to our brand and media partners, to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, or in, the event/area (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
